The Mozambique team set to face Nigerian Suger Eagles at the AFCON Round of 16, has been offered a bonus supposedly if they won

President Daniel Francis offered a 500,000 meticais bonus to each players if they were to defeat Nigeria in the Round of 16 of the Africa Cup of Nations in Morocco, an amount which is over 11 million naira.

The president sent a message to the players supporting and praising them for reaching the Round of 16 with assurance that they will defeat Nigeria and head to the quarter finals.

He further commended the players and coaching crew for their courage, dedication, and fighting spirit, describing their AFCON journey as a milestone for the country on the continental stage.

The match betwen Nigeria and Mozambique will be played on Monday, January 5th at the Fez staduim, Morocco with fans of both country building hype on social media regarding the bonus that we be given to the Mozambique team if they come out victorius.
