ESUT Issues Notice to NELFUND Students Over School Fees and Course Registration

Enugu State University of Science and Technology (ESUT) has just announced an important message to students who paid their school fees through NELFUND, especially students who have not completed their course registration. 

The information was announced through an internal memo which was from the office of student affairs on April 27, 2026, and was directed to all NELFUND students. 

According to the statement, students under the 2024/2025 academic session are advised to visit the Office of the Department of Student Affairs to collect their school fee receipt, which was said will be necessary for course registration. 

“Students for the 2025/2026 academic session are hereby directed to proceed to the Student Affairs Department to collect their bank school fees receipt for the purpose of course registration,” the memo stated. 

The Office of Student Affairs also advised the students in the 2025/2025 academic session to be patient, as the process of confirming their school fees payment is still ongoing. 

“Students for the 2025/2026 academic session are advised to exercise patience, as the process of regularizing and their school fees payment is currently ongoing,” the statement added. 

The management also assured the affected students that they will be given enough time to complete their course registration and in addition their academic results will be uploaded. 

“All affected students will be duly granted the opportunity to complete their course registration, and their academic results will be uploaded in due course,” the memo assured.

The notice was signed by the Dean of Students Affairs, Prof. Ifeoma Mary Okwo, who urge all students to follow the instructions provided to avoid any issues with their academic records
